The game lasts a maximum of 60 minutes, and our guests’ bookings run back-to-back. So if your group unfortunately arrives later than agreed, it will cost you valuable time — you need every minute to escape.

This is of course possible. The easiest way to cancel your booking is via the confirmation email. You’ll find a link there for cancelling. If the link won’t open, just send us an email with your name and the time of your reservation.

To change your reservation, please cancel your earlier booking first. To make a new reservation, choose a new time slot from the available dates in our calendar on our website.

We are not on site all day; we come in for the bookings. So please book your slot online in advance — the calendar shows the times that are actually free. For last-minute slots just give us a call and we will check personally whether we can make it in time.

Our escape room prices depend on the number of participants and the day of the week. All prices are per group and include statutory VAT — there are no hidden costs.

Please note: Cuba Libre is played from 3 people upwards; Dschumanji and Pirate Bay are for 2 to 4 people. You will see the exact group size for each room in the booking calendar.

You pay after the game — cash or card. Companies and groups can also pay by invoice and bank transfer; please let us know in advance. With card payment you receive a receipt, not an invoice.

We recommend TRAP from age twelve. Children under 12 aren’t yet able to solve the logical connections in the game. They’re welcome to take part, but only together with adults.

The game isn’t about frightening anyone, but about solving puzzles in time. In case of claustrophobia, you can simply leave the room.

Wear comfortable clothing. You won’t get dirty.

No, we are no longer issuing new vouchers. Vouchers already purchased are of course still honoured until their expiry date – under German law, vouchers remain valid for 36 months (three years) from their date of issue.
