The game lasts a maximum of 60 minutes, and our guests’ bookings run back-to-back. So if your group unfortunately arrives later than agreed, it will cost you valuable time — you need every minute to escape.

We recommend arriving early and checking the route beforehand. If you get lost, please call this number, +49 17645921921, and we’ll help you find your way.

This is of course possible. The easiest way to cancel your booking is via the confirmation email. You’ll find a link there for cancelling. If the link won’t open, just send us an email with your name and the time of your reservation.

To change your reservation, please cancel your earlier booking first. To make a new reservation, choose a new time slot from the available dates in our calendar on our website.

If you’d like to book with us, you can select the right time slot on our website, enter your details, and book right away. You’ll also receive a confirmation from us by email. You’re welcome to reach us by phone as well. If you have any further questions, we’re always happy to help.

Our escape room prices depend on the number of participants and the day of the week.

We recommend TRAP from age twelve. Children under 12 aren’t yet able to solve the logical connections in the game. They’re welcome to take part, but only together with adults.

The game isn’t about frightening anyone, but about solving puzzles in time. In case of claustrophobia, you can simply leave the room.

Wear comfortable clothing. You won’t get dirty.

No, we are no longer issuing new vouchers. Vouchers already purchased are of course still honoured until their expiry date – under German law, vouchers remain valid for three years from their date of issue.
