The game lasts a maximum of 60 minutes, and our guests’ bookings run back-to-back — so if your group arrives later than planned, it costs you valuable time, and you’ll need every minute to escape!
We recommend arriving early and checking your route beforehand. If you get lost, just call us at +49 176 45 92 19 21 and we’ll help you find your way.
Of course. The easiest way to cancel is via your confirmation email, which contains a cancellation link. If the link doesn’t work, just email us with your name and the time of your reservation.
To change your booking, please cancel your earlier appointment first, then choose a new available time slot in the calendar on our website.
Simply select a suitable time slot on our website, enter your details, and book right away — you’ll receive a confirmation by email.

We recommend TRAP from age 12 — younger children usually can’t yet solve the game’s logical puzzles on their own. They’re welcome to join, but only together with an adult.
The game isn’t about scaring anyone — it’s about solving puzzles in time. If you ever feel uneasy, you can simply leave the room.
Just wear comfortable clothing — you won’t get dirty.
